We pride ourselves on our transparent pricing with affordable and flexible options to cater to everyone's needs.

Monthly memberships

Ideal for those with regular needs, and a perfect option for families to gift to their loved ones.

For those who occasionally need help to fix a small issue.

Think replacing lightbulbs, changing linen, fixing the TV, tech help or taking the rubbish out.

Subscriptions start at $30 per month and gives you access to a local RockPool rep, available to pop in for 10 minutes when you need them.

Pop-In Support members also receive a discounted price on casual support bookings.

For those who prefer longer, or more regular visits
to support independence at home.

On joining, members are paired with a dedicated local RockPool rep.

10+ hours of support per week

$40 per hour

2-9 hours of support per week

$45 per hour

1 hour of support per week

$50 per hour

Transitional and one-off support to help just when you need it.

We understand that things crop up from time to time. Our flexible, casual support options means we can help when they do.

$70 per hour for pre-booked support

$120 per hour for same-day support

Our Pop-In network is established in Wellington’s Eastern and Southern Suburbs, and will expand as our membership grows.

We can provide Pop-In Lite and Practical Support across the Wellington Region, Kapiti Coast and in Taranaki.
